HighLevel is a remote-first SaaS company offering an AI-powered business operating system for agencies, entrepreneurs and SMBs. We’re seeking a leader to mentor a team of Trial Experience Specialists and drive strategic improvements in a high-performance environment.

You will coach, train, and coach managers, support talent development, and ensure top-tier customer engagement while collaborating across teams to optimize processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or SaaS Experience required.
Prior SaaS sales experience with managing full sales cycle.
Experience leading fast-paced, customer-facing teams for SaaS or PLG companies.
Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
People coaching and mentorship experience highly valued.

Responsibilities

Provide daily leadership and coaching to Trial Experience Specialists.
Serve as primary point of contact for management inquiries and escalations.
Facilitate training with Leads/Managers for ongoing team development.
Monitor team health and contribute to strategic growth.
Track performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement.
Identify process improvements to enhance service quality.
Resolve advanced customer requests with documentation.
