Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a Senior Manager, Trial Experience to lead a growing team focused on guiding prospective customers through trials and toward successful adoption of the HighLevel platform. You will drive strategic initiatives, manage performance, and partner with cross-functional leaders to optimize the trial experience.

You will oversee staffing, coaching, and development, while owning automation initiatives and scalable processes to improve outcomes and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent SaaS experience preferred.
• 10+ years leading fast-paced, customer-facing teams in SaaS or Product-Led Growth startups.
• 5+ years staffing, performance management, coaching and career conversations.
• Strong people manager with technical aptitude to help users succeed with HighLevel.
• Excellent collaboration, time-management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to build relationships with senior leadership, teams and customers.
• Experience using data/analytics tools to measure impact and drive decisions.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive process improvements.
• Go-getter with accountability for results and team performance.
• Experience with CRM systems and related marketing tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Trial Experience Managers to meet KPIs and customer satisfaction.
• Design scalable processes and automate where possible to improve productivity.
• Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs for trial-to-paid conversions.
• Guide data-driven resource planning and cross-functional collaboration.
• Act as escalation point for high-severity issues and coach the team accordingly.
