Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced clinical operations leader to oversee complex trials from initiation to closeout. You will guide operations managers, coordinate with sites and vendors, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving operational excellence in a remote setting.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive risk management, with opportunities to influence study design and process improvements across global projects.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of clinical research experience.
• Three+ years managing clinical projects in sponsor or CRO environment.
• Thorough knowledge of GCP and FDA/ICH regulations for clinical trials.
• Experience coordinating sites, vendors, budgets, timelines, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for industry-sponsored trials from initiation through closeout.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to improve project execution and efficiency.
• Mentor Clinical Operations Managers and enforce quality standards.
• Oversee site management activities including activation, budgets, monitoring, and regulatory docs.
• Coordinate with CRAs on monitoring reports and enrollment tracking.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Contribute to study documents such as protocols, CRFs, and SAPs.
• Support study database development and data management.
• Oversee endpoint services and SAE processes.
