Qualifications

• 8+ years of litigation experience with significant trial exposure.
• Demonstrated experience in complex litigation matters including real estate disputes, business torts, and insolvency-related litigation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to grow a practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of complex litigation matters from pre-suit through trial and appeal.
• Serve as first-chair or second-chair trial counsel in state and federal courts.
• Handle a diverse caseload including real estate litigation, business torts, partnership disputes, officer and director liability, and bankruptcy matters.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships while contributing to firm business development.
