Qualifications

• Exceptional legal writing and analysis skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil and commercial litigation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and fact investigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
• Present oral arguments and cross-examine witnesses.
• Develop case strategy with team members and clients.
• Negotiate settlements to resolve disputes.
