Jobot is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney in Florida to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will handle complex litigation from inception to trial and possess a substantial, portable book of business.

You will lead matters across real estate disputes, business torts, insolvency-related litigation, and related matters, with opportunities to expand your practice within a well-resourced, collaborative firm.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar.
• 8+ years of litigation experience with significant trial exposure.
• Portable book of business (typically $500K+) and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex litigation matters from pre-suit through trial and appeal.
• Serve as first-chair or second-chair trial counsel in state and federal courts.
• Handle a diverse caseload including real estate disputes, business torts, and insolvency-related litigation.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Grow existing client relationships and contribute to business development.
