Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active admission to the Florida Bar
• 7+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation (law firm experience required)
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Demonstrated experience handling sophisticated business disputes independently
• Deposition, motion practice, and courtroom experience required
• Trial experience or second-chair trial experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial or resolution
• Draft and argue substantive motions, including dispositive motions
• Conduct discovery, including depositions, written discovery, and e-discovery management
• Develop case strategy and advise clients on risk, exposure, and litigation outcomes
• Handle court appearances, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Collaborate with partners and team members on case development and trial preparation
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality, responsive service
