Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in underground infrastructure, trenchless rehabilitation, or municipal/industrial projects
• Minimum 3–5 years of construction management experience
• Minimum 2 years' experience with Bid 2 Win

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, field coordination, and documentation
• Interpret plans and contract terms while guiding staff, customers, and subcontractors
• Prepare and review pay estimates and change orders to protect profitability
• Identify risks and develop recovery plans to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Ensure safety compliance and closeout within 60 days after completion
