Terracon seeks a Professional Engineer to lead underground utility projects across the Midwest, from planning through construction, mentoring staff along the way.

You’ll apply technical expertise to a variety of subsurface challenges, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and help deliver safe, durable infrastructure for communities. This role offers flexibility to base out of multiple Midwest offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Geological Engineering; Master's preferred.
• Active PE license required or in pursuit.
• Experience with trenchless and subsurface infrastructure projects.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with engineering software and spreadsheets.

Responsabilités

• Lead medium to large projects and mentor engineers and technical staff.
• Plan field investigations and laboratory testing programs.
• Perform trenchless engineering analyses and calculations.
• Develop trenchless design and construction recommendations.
• Prepare and review technical reports, design drawings, and specifications.
• Serve as a technical resource during construction.
• Partner with project managers on proposals and cost estimating.
