Michels Trenchless, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee large or multiple projects, ensuring safe, profitable operations and effective team leadership. You will handle change management, project financials, scheduling, risk management and reporting, interfacing with clients and stakeholders to drive on-time delivery.

The role requires travel based on project location and a solid background in construction project management. A PMP/PE is desirable but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required or equivalent combination.
• 5+ years of related experience in construction/project management.
• Experience with project financials, scheduling, risk management, change management and reporting.
• Prior management and client interfacing experience is required.
• Travel is required based on project assignment location.

Responsibilities

• Manage one large project or multiple smaller projects concurrently, ensuring safe and profitable operations.
• Lead and manage the project team and change management activities.
• Oversee project financials, scheduling, risk management and reporting.
• Conduct project risk assessment and manage contract administration/management.
• Coordinate with design teams, clients and subcontractors to ensure project delivery.
• Support multiple project delivery methods including Design Bid Build, Design Build, Progressive Design Build, CMGC; use Primavera, MS Office, MS Projects for planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and Michels standards.
