Job summary

Municipal Pipe Tool Company LLC is seeking an Assistant Trenchless Construction Project Manager to support infrastructure projects across multiple states. You will assist pre-bid activities, help with estimating support, contract administration, and day-to-day project tracking in a hybrid office/field setting.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and cost-tracking abilities, with 1–3 years of construction experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction, utilities, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Exposure to underground utilities, pipeline, or industrial projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-bid activities, including document review, scope coordination, and bid preparation.
• Set up and maintain project files, ensuring documentation is organized and accessible.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking milestones; monitor budgets and variances.
• Coordinate with field crews, customers, subcontractors, and internal teams; relay project updates.
• Assist with project reporting, time tracking, and cost tracking; ensure accuracy of documentation.
