Job summary

Michels Trenchless, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple projects across various sizes, ensuring safety and profitability. You will manage the project team, stakeholders, change management, and contract administration while maintaining rigorous reporting and scheduling practices.

Applicants should have a strong background in trenchless technologies and utility projects, with extensive experience in budgeting and delivering complex contracts. Travel up to 70% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is required or equivalent.
• Experience with public utilities is required.
• Experience with trenchless technology, tunneling, micro-tunneling, pipe rehabilitation.
• Experience with project financials, scheduling, risk management and reporting.
• Experience managing multiple project delivery methods including: Design Bid Build, Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, Engineer-Procure-Construction, CM/GC and others.
• Proficiency in Change Management and interpretation of contract documentation.
• Prior experience in managing projects / contracts with public entities.
• Travel up to 70% is required.
