The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or engineering and 10+ years of related experience, with travel up to 70%. Proficiency with Primavera and MS Office is preferred, and PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience with public utilities is required.
• Experience with trenchless technology, tunneling, micro-tunneling, pipe rehabilitation.
• Experience with project financials, scheduling, risk management and reporting.
• Experience managing multiple project delivery methods (DBB, Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, Engineer-Procure-Construction, CM/GC, etc).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects of different sizes and scales, ensuring safe and profitable operations.
• Oversee the project team, stakeholders, change management, scheduling, and contract management/administration.
