Job summary

Municipal Pipe Tool, A Vortex Company, is seeking a driven Trenchless Construction Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects across Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota. You will oversee planning, budgets, schedules, field coordination, and documentation, while guiding teams to deliver high-quality work for the communities we serve.

You’ll manage procurement, change orders, and risk, with a focus on on-time, on-budget delivery and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in underground infrastructure or municipal/industrial projects.
• 3–5 years of construction management experience.
• Experience with Bid 2 Win software.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, budgets, schedules, field coordination, documentation, and project execution.
• Guide procurement, processes, materials, supplies, and project inventory.
• Review daily reports and project files to maintain accuracy.
• Travel throughout the Midwest as required.
