Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Business Banking Treasury Sales Specialist in New York to deeply understand client businesses and deliver treasury strategies that improve efficiency and profitability. You will expand relationships across treasury services and partner with Relationship Managers to grow the client’s share of wallet.

This role focuses on cash management, leading sales calls, building a robust pipeline, and promoting Treasury Solutions such as Foreign Exchange, Commercial Card, and Merchant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5 years of direct experience.
• 5+ years of Cash Management sales experience preferred.
• Detailed knowledge of Treasury Solutions Products and client needs driving usage.
• Action oriented and self-accountable to superior results.
• Ability to identify customer needs and link solutions to buy readiness.

Responsibilities

• Expand relationships across all treasury services to maximize client share of wallet.
• Attend joint meetings with clients and RMs, in person or via phone.
• Advocate for Cash Management in the local market and drive its value.
• Lead the cultivation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline for treasury solutions.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor to clients and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain CRM updates and monitor pipeline weekly.
