Citizens Bank is looking for a Business Banking Treasury Sales Specialist in New York to deepen client relationships and drive treasury solutions that improve cash management and efficiency. You will support the local market, attend meetings with Relationship Managers, and help grow the $1MM–$50MM sales segment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 5 years of direct experience.
• 5+ years of Cash Management sales experience preferred.
• Detailed knowledge of Treasury Solutions products and understanding of client needs drive usage.
• Action oriented and self-accountable to superior results.
• Ability to recognize customer needs, link solutions to those needs, and act on readiness to buy.
• Meaningful experience with moderately complex portfolios, customers and transactions.
• Strong sense of customer service, satisfaction and retention.
• Meaningful community involvement.
• Ability to gain trust and confidence of others, always putting the client first.

Responsabilités

• Expand relationships across treasury services to maximize client share of wallet.
• Attend meetings with clients and RMs focusing on the $1MM-$50MM sales segment.
• Advocate for Cash Management in the local market and demonstrate its value.
• Lead cultivation and maintenance of a robust treasury sales pipeline.
• Identify new opportunities and develop calling plans with RMs; evaluate client portfolios.
• Deliver the full range of Treasury capabilities through organized calling activities.
• Maximize opportunities by deepening relationships across Treasury products and other lines of business.
• Achieve sales goals and participate in regional business development with partners.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor to clients and understand their needs to recommend solutions.
• Attend trainings to enhance knowledge of cash management products and processes.
• Collaborate with RMs to promote Treasury Solutions.
• Follow sales process; keep pipeline updated in CRM and provide market feedback.
• Update RMs on product enhancements and issues.
• Update CRM weekly ahead of forecasting; monitor implementation pipeline and address delays.
• Delegate tasks to Sales Associates, Implementation Managers and Client Services to stay focused on sales.
