Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in treasury management.
• Certified Treasury Planner is preferred.
• Strong understanding of treasury products, cash management, and financial markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Drive income by promoting treasury products and services and meet sales targets.
• Engage existing and prospective customers via visits, calls, virtual meetings, and written communications.
• Prepare customized proposals tailored to client needs and coordinate with relationship managers to close sales.
• Support onboarding of treasury services and ensure risk and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in local industry boards to enhance Fulton Bank's reputation.
• Maintain awareness of market trends and proficient use of CRM systems.
