Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Houston seeks a Client Service Account Manager to service a portfolio of large corporate or financial institution clients within the Payments team. You will support operations, resolve issues, and drive client value across the payment ecosystem.

The role emphasizes advisory capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive risk governance, with a focus on customer satisfaction and strategic growth opportunities for complex accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry and/or functional experience.
• Understanding of core Treasury Services product sets.
• Clear oral and written communication in a professional manner.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to partner with internal colleagues and external clients.
• Sound judgment in decision making and risk evaluation.
• Flexibility with working hours and use of virtual connectivity tools when needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as key advisor to the client, providing advice and consultation on decision making
• Act as client’s central point of resolution and escalation for service issues, liaises with bank partners to manage issues
• Identify and address product/service gaps and development opportunities, leveraging Treasury Services capabilities
• Use product knowledge to recommend and participate in product enhancements and service delivery plans
• Convey complex ideas and client issues with confidence
• Adhere to and educate clients on risk policies/practices and changes
