Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Understanding of core Treasury Services product sets.

• Good judgment during decision making and risk evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Act as key advisor to the client, providing advice and consultation on decision making
• Serve as the client's central point of resolution and escalation for service issues; liaises with bank partners
• Identify product/service gaps and development opportunities using Treasury Services capabilities
• Use product knowledge to recommend enhancements and service delivery plans
• Convey complex ideas and client issues with confidence
• Ensure compliance with risk policies and educate clients on changes
