Job summary

Cathay Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Call Center Officer in Los Angeles to serve as a senior TM expert, delivering advanced client support and guiding strategic initiatives. You will manage complex service escalations and coordinate with Sales, RM, Operations, and IT to ensure timely issue resolution and high client satisfaction.

The role requires extensive TM product knowledge and the ability to mentor teammates while supporting onboarding and client reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, finance, accounting, IS, or related field.
• 3–7+ years in Treasury Management, commercial banking, or related areas.
• Advanced Treasury Management product knowledge and experience handling escalated client issues.
• Experience supporting complex commercial clients and participating in system implementations.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex Treasury Management issues.
• Provide advanced support for commercial clients using Treasury Management services.
• Research and resolve issues involving ACH, wires, and online banking.
• Coordinate resolution with multiple business units and vendors.
• Mentor and train Treasury Management Support Specialists.
