Job summary

West Coast Community Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Associate to support the Treasury Management Advisor and Manager. You will help with pre-call research, prepare pricing proposals, and draft post‑sales client documentation.

You will liaison among clients, the TM team, and the eBanking team to ensure a smooth implementation and a strong client experience. This on‑site role in San Jose emphasizes relationship building and experience with cash management products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years’ experience with treasury management products, bank products, or client service.
• 2+ years’ advanced knowledge of bank and treasury products and services and ability to explain benefits to clients.
• Strong interest in working with Treasury partners to meet client cash flow needs.
• 2+ years’ experience in demonstrations and training clients on products.
• Solid sales, analytical, and quantitative skills to determine client needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to partner across business units.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-call research and, under supervision, develop proposals and pricing proposals; prepare post-sales client documentation.
• Conduct meetings with advisors for relationship reviews, product demos, and training.
• Serve as liaison between client, Treasury team, and eBanking team to ensure smooth implementation.
• Understand client Treasury structure and objectives.
• Track implementations to meet timelines and ensure accurate billing post-implementation.
• Prepare product agreements and obtain legal documentation; follow up on outstanding agreements.
