Job summary

PNC in San Francisco is seeking a Treasury Management Officer III to lead relationships, grow revenue, and expand market share within a high-activity book of business. Based in Northern California, this in-office role focuses on complex treasury solutions, risk management, and client engagement.

You will drive strategy, negotiate non-credit products, manage risk, and mentor others while leveraging PNC's product suite.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of treasury management services and client solutions.
• Experience building relationships with high-level clients.
• Strong financial analysis and deal-structuring skills.

Responsibilities

• Sets relationship strategies and directs relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales and revenue.
• Drives strategy to acquire/expand/retain client relationships and negotiates non-credit products.
• Manages risk/return and mitigates regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
• Engages clients with insights and opportunities based on their financial needs.
• Maintains senior internal/external networks to acquire or expand clients and improve the client experience.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze and position treasury products and solutions.
