Job summary

PNC seeks a Treasury Management Officer III in Chicago, IL to lead relationship strategies and drive revenue growth with government, higher education, and nonprofit clients. You will manage risk, quantify opportunities, and leverage senior networks to expand client engagement across treasury solutions.

You will collaborate across teams to position PNC products, respond to RFPs, and mentor juniors while maintaining an in-office culture that emphasizes balance and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Experience providing Treasury and cash flow solutions to government and non-profits.
• Ability to respond to RFPs and manage complex client relationships.
• Strong analytical skills and risk awareness in treasury products.

Responsibilities

• Sets relationship strategies and directs management with new/existing clients to grow sales and market share.
• Drives strategy to acquire/expand/retain client relationships and coordinates non-credit products and services.
• Manages risk/return and mitigates regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
• Identifies client opportunities and quantifies potential benefits to loyalty and engagement.
• Maintains an effective network of senior relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze and position complex treasury products and industry benchmarks.
