Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Project Engineer (Structural & Architectural) to provide technical engineering information to the Project Manager, craft supervisors and corporate managers, ensuring design development and construction comply with engineering standards. The role includes project controls support and subcontract oversight.

You will travel across the US, up to 100% of the time, potentially on sites in multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited university.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in structural and architectural disciplines.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in construction is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand technical drawings and specifications for the structural and architectural scope of construction.
• Interpret design/drawings for craft installing material; prepare field design change requisitions and as-built drawings.
• Plan and develop construction work packages for civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and process plant systems.
• Support the Construction Manager in analyzing and reporting daily progress of subcontractors.
• Provide support to the Project Controls Manager in cost, scheduling and estimating.
