Job summary

Lemartec is seeking a traveling Project Manager to lead multi-site construction initiatives across the US. The role requires steering projects from pre-construction through completion, coordinating with architects, engineers, and owners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Candidates should bring 10–20 years of PM experience on commercial/industrial projects, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and strong planning, scheduling, and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction; 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Develops solutions to prevent issues before they become problems.
Studies bid specs to identify potential issues before project start.
Develops contingency plans to mitigate risks on the critical path.
Lead a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to deliver results.
Recruit subcontractors and manage client relationships and changes.
