Jobot seeks a Senior Traveling Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction on a large-scale, mission-critical Data Center project in Indianapolis. You will manage the electrical team to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals.

The role requires 10+ years in electrical supervision, union experience, and the ability to travel extensively while coordinating with engineers and site managers on a multi-year program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as Electrical Superintendent on large-scale projects.
• Experience with budgets of $500M+ and data center environments.
• Union experience required (current or past).
• Strong leadership and communication across large teams.
• Travel extensively and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical construction: design, planning, installation, testing, maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Coordinate with site managers, engineers, and teams for project execution.
• Manage ~100 electricians and ensure quality and safety.
• Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for electrical components.
• Handle mission-critical aspects ensuring robustness and reliability.
• Work on hyperscale projects with large-scale electrical needs.
• Adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
