Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent for a multi-year, mission-critical data center project in Indianapolis. You will oversee all electrical construction activities, from design and planning through installation, testing and maintenance, ensuring work is on time, within budget, and adheres to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent in construction.
• Experience on large-scale projects with budgets of $500M+.
• Experience with mission-critical data center projects; EV/Pharma experience acceptable.
• Strong site coordination and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to conduct cost analyses and manage budgets.
• Union experience (current or past) required.
• Excellent communication and leadership能力.
• Willingness to travel extensively and manage multiple projects.
