Qualifications
- 10+ years as Electrical Superintendent in construction
- Experience on large-scale projects with budgets $500M+
- Mission-critical data center project experience preferred
- Strong site coordination and leadership skills
- Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple projects
Responsibilities
- Oversee electrical construction including design, planning, installation, testing, and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards
- Coordinate with site managers, engineers and teams for execution
- Manage ~100 electricians ensuring quality and safety
- Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for electrical components
- Handle mission-critical electrical systems for large projects
- Work on hyperscale projects with complex electrical needs
- Maintain safety and regulatory compliance
