Jobot is seeking a Senior Traveling Electrical Superintendent for a multi-year, mission-critical data center project in Indianapolis. You will lead all electrical activities, from design to maintenance, while coordinating with engineers and site management.

The role requires extensive travel, a background in large-scale or data center projects, and a strong safety mindset. Competitive pay, per diem, and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as Electrical Superintendent in construction.
• Experience on large-scale projects with budgets $500M+.
• Mission-critical data center project experience preferred.
• Union experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical construction, design, planning, installation, testing and maintenance.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with codes and standards.
• Coordinate with site managers, engineers and teams.
• Manage ~100 electricians and ensure quality and safety.
• Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for electrical components.
• Oversee mission-critical and hyperscale project electrical needs.
• Maintain safety and regulatory adherence.
