Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Traveling Electrical Superintendent to manage all electrical activities on a large-scale, mission-critical Data Center project in Indianapolis. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

This role requires 10+ years of experience, union background, and the ability to travel extensively. Compensation is $65-$80 per hour plus benefits, per diem, and advancement opportunities across North America.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent in construction.
• Experience on large-scale projects with budgets of $500M+.
• Mission-critical data center project experience preferred.
• Experience working in a Union.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all electrical construction activities from design to maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Coordinate with site managers, engineers, and teams.
• Manage ~100 electricians and enforce quality and safety.
• Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for electrical components.
• Oversee hyperscale and multi-project execution.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
