Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Traveling Electrical Superintendent for a multi-year data center project in Indianapolis. You will lead all electrical construction activities, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and top-tier safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years as an Electrical Superintendent, hands-on leadership of large teams, union experience, and a degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).

Qualifications

10+ years as Electrical Superintendent in construction.
Experience on large-scale projects with budgets $500M+.
Union work experience required (current or past).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee electrical construction including design, planning, installation, testing, and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with codes and standards.
Coordinate with site managers, engineers, and teams.
Manage a team of ~100 electricians.
Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for electrical components.
Manage mission-critical electrical systems on hyperscale projects.
Maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
