Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent for a multi-year, large-scale data center project in Indianapolis. You will manage all electrical activities, ensure schedule adherence, budget control, and safety compliance while coordinating with multiple teams across the site.

The role requires 10+ years in electrical supervision, union experience, and strong leadership. On-site work, daily per diem provided, and opportunities for advancement on cutting-edge projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as Electrical Superintendent in construction
• Experience on large-scale budgets of $500M+
• Mission-critical data center project experience preferred
• Strong site coordination and leadership abilities
• Proficient in cost analysis and budgeting
• Union work experience required or past

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical construction: design, planning, installation, testing, maintenance
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards
• Coordinate with site managers, engineers, and teams for seamless execution
• Lead a team of ~100 electricians with focus on quality and safety
• Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for electrical components
• Manage mission-critical electrical systems on hyperscale projects
