Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent for a large-scale, mission-critical data center project in Indianapolis. You will oversee all electrical construction activities, ensure compliance with codes, and lead a team of about 100 electricians to deliver on time and within budget.

This multi-year role includes a daily per diem for out-of-area work, competitive compensation, OT pay, and extensive opportunities for advancement on cutting-edge projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent in the construction industry.
• Budgets of $500M+ for large-scale projects.
• Experience with mission-critical data center projects; EV/Pharma experience acceptable.
• Strong site coordination and leadership.
• Proven cost analysis and budget management skills.
• Experience in a Union environment (current or past).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all electrical construction activities (design, planning, installation, testing, maintenance).
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards for all electrical work.
• Coordinate with site managers, engineers, and teams for smooth execution.
• Manage a team of ~100 electricians to meet quality and safety standards.
• Conduct cost analyses and budgeting for electrical components.
• Handle mission-critical aspects of projects to ensure reliability.
• Work on hyperscale projects with large-scale electrical needs.
• Adhere to safety regulations and procedures on site.
