Qualifications

• 20+ years of travel industry experience with expertise in US domestic and international travel.
• Proven management or supervisory experience in travel-related or complex service environments.
• Advanced knowledge of travel operations, fare rules, loyalty programs, and booking processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to teach and coach.
• Customer-oriented with high standards for team work.
• Ability to shift between strategic work and hands-on support.

Responsibilities

• Build capability in the team by creating and delivering formal training materials.
• Coach travel professionals one-on-one and mentor for growth into bigger accounts.
• Stay involved in day-to-day operations to support complex bookings and client escalations.
• Document processes and create reusable training materials and standards.
• Identify gaps, propose process improvements, and share best practices with the team.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement improvements and drive results.
