Job summary

Boldr is seeking a Senior Customer Advocate (Sales Support) to be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers across phone, chat, email, and social channels. You will support growth in sales while delivering a smooth booking experience and high-quality service across the platform.

You will convert inquiries into bookings with empathy and work with internal teams and partners to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support within hospitality, travel, or service-driven environments.
• Track record of achieving sales KPIs or bookings targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with adaptable tone.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers across phone, chat, email, and social channels.
• Convert inquiries into bookings and answer pre-departure questions.
• Handle pre- and post-booking questions with empathy and accuracy.
• Coordinate with local hosts worldwide to ensure a smooth booking experience.
• Maintain SLA response times and document issues for tracking.
