Job summary

Boldr is seeking a Senior Customer Advocate (Sales Support) to be the first contact for prospective and existing customers across phone, chat, email, and social channels. You will support the continued growth of new sales while ensuring a smooth and positive booking experience for customers.

You will provide accurate, empathetic, and timely support while converting customer inquiries into successful bookings or sales.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of customer service or support experience in hospitality or travel-related settings.
• Experience in travel, adventure tourism, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Proven ability to meet sales KPIs and booking targets.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of call for bookings and inquiries across phone, chat, email, and social channels.
• Convert inquiries into bookings and answer pre-departure questions with empathy and accuracy.
• Handle pre- and post-booking questions while coordinating with hosts and internal teams.
• Maintain timely responses within SLAs and monitor multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Document issues, prioritize, escalate when needed, and share insights to improve the product experience.
• Stay current on product and service knowledge to support customers effectively.
