ALTOUR is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Business Implementation to lead new business implementations in the travel industry. You will own projects from award to go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet contract, technical, and data requirements while ensuring reliable performance.

You will translate business needs into robust designs, work with Sales, Solutions and Operations, and help define roles, responsibilities, and SOPs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience.
• Direct customer-facing and implementation delivery experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage contractors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects after award and maintain communication to meet customer expectations.
• Plan, organize, and control multiple initiatives within approved scope and schedule.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, and Operations to validate scope and requirements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable designs and drive change control.
• Provide day-to-day direction to cross-functional pods and test SOPs with IT.
