Job summary

ALTOUR, a leader in corporate travel management, seeks a VP of Product Management to shape product strategy and lead a high-performing team. You will collaborate with technology, service delivery, sales, and marketing to align initiatives with business goals and ensure market-ready solutions that meet client needs.

The role requires 10–15 years in tech product management, deep ADR of software lifecycle, and a track record of delivering SaaS products in travel or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, engineering, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in technology product management with leadership in product initiatives.
• Technical acumen and understanding of software development lifecycle, agile, and hybrid methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives.
• Identify market opportunities and define the product roadmap.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and support.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with technology, sales, marketing, and customer support.
• Ensure compliance with security, data integrity, SOX, GDPR and related standards.
