ALTOUR is seeking an experienced Systems Integration Manager to design, program, and maintain mid-office technology and agent systems within the Systems Integration platform. You will review projects, translate business requirements into actionable tasks, and support automation for agent workflows and client services.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, manage on-call duties, and drive efficiency through standardization and new solutions.

Formación

• Knowledge of quality control systems and QC tools.
• Basic working knowledge of online booking tools.
• Familiarity with database administration and SQL.
• Experience with version control concepts and practical use.
• Knowledge of XML standards and web services management.
• Basic knowledge of Java.
• Working level knowledge of VB.NET development.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into a technical plan.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process service requests from Sales, IT, and Operations.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional statements of work.
• Review issues with supplier partners and provide Tier 2/3 support.
• Write, test, and deploy code to QC applications; participate in code reviews.
• Monitor processes and respond to errors; maintain on-call duties.
• Coordinate cross-department projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Recommend optimization of automation features and processes.
