Job summary

ALTOUR, a division of Internova Travel Group, seeks an experienced Systems Integration Manager to lead mid-office tech, agent systems, and automation initiatives. You will manage requirements, coordinate with Concur Compleat, Travelport+, Sabre, Amadeus, and other partners, and ensure high-quality deliverables across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Experience with QC systems and high standards for quality control
• Strong understanding of SQL and database concepts
• Familiarity with XML standards and web services
• Knowledge of version control concepts and practical usage
• Working knowledge of VB.NET and Java development
• Experience with online booking tools and travel systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks
• Proactive, independent worker with strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead system integration projects across internal apps and agent systems
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into functional statements of work
• Coordinate with Concur Compleat, Booking Builder, Amadeus, Travelport+, Sabre, and Amadeus partners
• Write, test, and deploy code changes to quality control applications
• Participate in code reviews and monitor performance to ensure reliability
• Provide on-call support and drive process automation improvements
• Communicate project status and manage stakeholder expectations
• Recommend optimization opportunities to standardize and improve efficiency
