Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Travel & Expense Compliance Analyst to own company travel compliance, policy setup in Ramp, and related FP&A activities. You will ensure adherence to government per diem rules, review expenses for compliance, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Program Management to improve budgeting and reporting processes.

Ideal candidates will have 5–8 years of FP&A or travel/compliance experience, strong knowledge of ERP systems, and proficiency with BI tools like

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
5–8 years of related experience for Bachelor's, 3–6 years for Master's in FP&A or finance roles.
Proficiency in travel and expense policy administration and financial controls.
Familiarity with government travel requirements and per diem rates.
Experience with ERP and budgeting/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Own travel and expense compliance for company travel programs.
Partner with Finance to implement and maintain travel policies and Ramp configurations.
Benchmark travel rates against government limits and review expenses for compliance.
Monitor regulatory changes and update internal guidance accordingly.
Support FP&A processes, planning tools, and reporting improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to advise employees and leaders on policy questions.
