Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Sr Travel & Expense Program Analyst to support and administer the company’s travel and expense program, including expense management, SAP Concur, and corporate card operations. You will provide guidance, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, IT and other partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in travel and expense administration or related fields.
• Experience with an enterprise expense-management platform; SAP Concur preferred.
• Experience reviewing financial transactions for policy compliance and resolving exceptions.
• Experience analyzing financial data and preparing reports.
• Proven ability to provide responsive customer support to employees and leaders.
• Experience administering a corporate card program, preferably AmEx.
• Experience supporting expense audits, financial controls or compliance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day operations of SAP Concur expense platform, including configurations, workflows, receipts, and approvals.
• Implement policy, process, and system changes; support testing and deployment of enhancements.
• Maintain program procedures, user guidance and documentation.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and support system integrations with IT and providers.
• Support corporate AmEx card eligibility, issuance, account maintenance and workflows.
• Coordinate virtual payment processes and resolve cardholder or provider issues with Treasury and Finance.
• Monitor outstanding and unsubmitted card transactions; facilitate timely resolution.
• Document controls related to card administration and payment processes.
• Serve as primary resource for employees on expense reporting, cards, and processes.
• Provide training and guidance on SAP Concur and expense procedures.
