Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking a Senior Analyst, Travel & Expense to manage the day-to-day T&E controls and audit program, reporting to Finance Operations. You will work with Accounting, Tax, Payroll, and Legal to ensure scalable, compliant spend processes across entities.

You will design, implement, and monitor controls, build dashboards, and collaborate with internal teams to automate recurring reporting using Navan, Brex, and Workday. Strong communication with executives is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in travel and expense or finance operations
• SOX/internal-controls experience
• Strong accounting fundamentals
• Experience with Navan, Brex, Workday
• Analytical skills with large transaction data
• Clear written and verbal communication
• CPA or CIA or equivalent certification

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day T&E operations and platform configuration/automation
• Lead T&E controls, SOX compliance, and policy adherence
• Support intercompany T&E, VAT reclaim, and cross-border handling
• Build dashboards and reporting for policy compliance and control performance
