CesiumAstro, Inc. is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst in Redondo Beach, CA. You will develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide strategic decisions and drive growth for the Cesium Astro and Jariet Technologies teams.

You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure accurate, timely reporting and strategic financial planning while supporting the startup’s hyper-growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial planning experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university.
• Willingness to work in-office at Redondo Beach, CA.
• Experience developing and implementing financial budgets and forecasts.
• Ability to analyze data and present clear decision-ready insights.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and other departments.
• Comfort with wearing multiple hats in a fast-growing startup environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain financial models and forecasts.
• Compare results against budgets and forecasts and explain variances.
• Collaborate with Cesium Astro Finance Team to meet deadlines.
• Research industry benchmarks and ROI analyses.
• Lead program budgets, EVMS, and internal/external reporting.
