Job summary

Emburse is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own post-sales success for a portfolio of enterprise clients in Addison, TX. You’ll drive adoption, secure renewals, and identify expansion opportunities while advocating for client needs across internal teams.

You will conduct Executive Business Reviews, translate usage data into value, and partner with sales, product, and support to deliver an industry-leading customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a consultative, strategic customer success role or within the travel industry.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Own account health, retention, and expansion across an enterprise client base.
• Build relationships with C-suite stakeholders and conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
• Troubleshoot complex customer situations and escalate with internal teams.
• Educate clients and providers on products, technology, and best practices.
• Advocate for client needs internally and influence product strategy and processes.
