• Billing and invoicing experience in hospitality or finance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to change.

Mansioni

• Compile final invoices for multiple accounts and ensure timely delivery.
• Reconcile charges in PMS and third-party accounts.
• Resolve missing or discrepant charges with billing teams.
• Maintain relationships with hotel leadership, Reservations, Finance, and Sales.
• Prepare aged receivables and collections reports.
