Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months billing and accounting experience.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years customer-facing work in hospitality or finance.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with others.
• Proficient in standard spreadsheet functions using MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Audit and resolve missing or discrepant charges to ensure accuracy.
• Compile final invoices for group and catering events for timely delivery.
• Resolve guest billing disputes with hotel teams and clients.
• Maintain relationships with Finance, Sales, Catering and Conference Services.
• Perform daily audit of department's financial transactions.
• Support training and continuous improvement initiatives with Billing Manager.
