Job summary

Quantix SCS LLC is seeking an experienced Manager, Operations to oversee day-to-day transportation and logistics at the Rincon terminal. You will ensure service delivery, safety compliance, and cost controls while leading a supervisor team and coordinating with maintenance, safety, and recruiting.

Strong focus on KPIs and customer satisfaction will drive performance. Responsibilities include budgeting, labor planning, and reporting to improve efficiency, with a proactive approach to issue

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Transportation, Logistics, or Operations Management.
• Supervisory or management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in P&L management, scheduling, or load planning preferred.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees terminal or regional operations including scheduling, dispatch, routing, and load execution.
• Ensure safety, environmental, DOT, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor KPIs such as on-time performance and asset productivity.
• Lead frontline supervisors and support staff, including coaching and evaluations.
• Coordinate with maintenance, safety, and recruiting to maintain workflow.
• Manage budgets, labor planning, and cost controls.
