Qualifications

• Clerical duties related to shipping are required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Encore and Nulogy is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Model and communicate safety behaviors.
• Participate in safety program and inspections.
• Maintain housekeeping to Pac Secure standards.
• Create shipment plans and arrange transportation for customers.
• Oversee outbound shipping schedule to ensure dock efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal customers to keep inventory accurate.
• Track product through production to delivery.
• Manage shipping using customer-based 3rd party logistics systems.
• Receive items and match against purchase orders, arrange shipments.
• Document and update customer procedures.
• Collaborate with Accounting to resolve bill of lading discrepancies.
• Identify freight savings opportunities with Project Management.
• Order materials for shipping department based on inventory.
• Coordinate outbound trailers for recycled waste.
