Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls to resolve driver, sales, and customer issues and relay updates to drivers.
• Create, update, and communicate reports for transportation operations using Excel and logistics software.
• Assist in backhaul scheduling, damages/shorts paperwork, and driver/vendor communications.
• Support scheduling of pick-up appointments and coordination with vendors for the division.
